How do I start ordering?

1. Scan the QR code at your table

What is Express Pickup?

Express Pickup lets you order ahead and skip the line. Your food is ready when you arrive - just show your order confirmation at pickup.

How does VIP membership work?

Express VIP costs €29.99/year and includes:
• Priority queue - always first in line
• 5% discount on all orders
• VIP badge
• Early access to new features

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay). We never store your full credit card number.

How does GPS delivery work?

For outdoor venues (tennis courts, beach clubs), enable location services when ordering. Staff will deliver directly to your GPS location with real-time tracking.

Can I split the bill with friends?

Yes! Use the "Split Bill" feature in checkout to divide the total by number of people or create custom splits.

What is Sofia AI?

Sofia is your AI assistant that helps with menu recommendations, allergen information, and answering questions about dishes. Just tap the chat icon!

How do I cancel my VIP subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep VIP benefits until the end of your billing period.

I didn't receive my order. What should I do?

1. Check the order tracking page for status updates
2. Contact the venue directly (phone number in app)
3. Email support@scanorderpay.ai with your order number

How do I request a refund?

Email support@scanorderpay.ai with your order number and reason. Most refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

What languages are supported?

We support English, Greek (Ελληνικά), German (Deutsch), Turkish (Türkçe), and Arabic (العربية). Change language in Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Email privacy@scanorderpay.ai if you need assistance.

Troubleshooting

App won't load menu

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you scanned a valid QR code
  • Try force-closing and reopening the app
  • Update to the latest app version

Payment failed

  • Verify your card details are correct
  • Check if your card has sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists

GPS location not working

  • Enable Location Services in Settings → Privacy
  • Allow ScanOrderPay to access your location
  • Make sure you're outdoors with clear sky view
  • Wait 30 seconds for GPS signal to stabilize

Not receiving notifications

  • Enable notifications in Settings → Notifications
  • Check your device notification settings
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Check spam folder for email notifications
